border

Displays a border.
Set the border thickness and color as a comma-separated value.
Color should be specified in hexadecimal format as RGB,ARGB,RRGGBB,AARRGGBB.
A represents the alpha value (transparency), and RGB represents the values for red, green, and blue respectively.
