In microCMS, you can make two-factor authentication mandatory for each service as a security feature. Members who do not have two-factor authentication set up will be unable to access the service management screen.

For information on how each member can set up two-factor authentication, please refer to "Setting Up Two-Factor Authentication".

Setting Method

You can set restrictions using two-factor authentication from "Service Settings" > "Security".

If a member who has not set up two-factor authentication tries to access the management screen, the following screen will be displayed, prompting them to set up two-factor authentication.
Please note that access within the management screen is not possible at this time.
